Denomination: Chianti D.O.C.G.
area of production: produced in the Tuscan hinterland, between Florence and Siena.

Alcoholic strength: 12,5% (the indicated value takes into account the tolerance laid down in the production specification)
Vine training method: Guyot and spurred cordon
Soil: medium-textured, clay, marl
Yield per hectare: 8-9 tonnes
Vine density: at least 4000 vines
Refining time: around two months in the bottle.
