Tasting Notes: The grapes of our Organic Chianti are scrupulously harvested by hand and then selected.
The vinification is carried out without the use of sulphites using only tannins extracted from the vine to prevent oxidation.
After a brief refinement in steel the wine is then bottled.
Another 3 months of bottle aging will pass before being put on the market.
